This very private property is set on 2-1/2 acres of land. The road leads through our on-site vineyard planted with Cabernet Sauvignon.

The entrance courtyard features rose gardens, olive trees and a fountain. Rear entertainment area also features roses and a fountain, is perfect for receptions, tenting for parties, volleyball or croquet. Panoramic vineyard and mountain views complement the serine atmosphere.

A total of 7,500 Square feet of interior space is   completely furnished and equipped. Interior common areas  include Great Room, Dining Room, Kitchen with Pantry, Family Room, Wine Room,  Library, Office, Exercise Room.
