The maximum overnight guests are 14.
The Villa is primarily designed as a retreat for
adults. We do allow children, however, we require a responsible adult
supervise children under the age of 18 at all times. Be aware we are growing
grapes on property, we are located in an agricultural area completely
surrounded by vineyards, therefore, you must be aware of the following:
Tractors are used in the vineyards at various times: Plowing, spraying, etc.
Workers will be in the fields at various times: Pruning, harvesting the
grapes etc.
Agricultural Disclosure
After a recent Villa rental where
property damage occurred, it has become necessary to outline additional
restrictions concerning use of the villa when children are present.
- There is to be no bicycle or tricycle riding,
in-line skating, or any other forms of skating scooters, powered or
otherwise inside the villa or on the property.
- No ball playing inside the villa, on the
cement walkways; porches in the front; back and side area of the villa.
Renters are responsible for any property damage caused by a guest
children or adults. Deposit rules apply.
Are there any Agricultural Considerations to be aware of while staying at
the Villa?
Agricultural Disclosure: The
beauty of visiting the Napa Valley is the vineyards, wineries and open
space. We are and agricultural community. Therefore, you must be aware of
the following:
- If there should be frost, vineyards will operate
several methods to protect the vines against the frost: wind machines,
smudge pots, sprinklers, etc. even if you do not have a vineyard in view
you may hear the noises.
- Tractors are used in the vineyards at various
times: Plowing, spraying, etc.
- Workers will be in the fields at various times:
Pruning, harvesting the grapes etc.
There are many joys in viewing the vineyards
throughout the four seasons. We hope that you will enjoy and understand the
process that goes into the ultimate glass of wine.

Call us to Submit Request to
Rent. You will receive a Rental Agreement for your signature. Complete and
submit Rental Agreement complete with Deposit. Personal Checks, Company
Checks, Cashier's Checks, wire transfer are accepted.
Deposit: 50% deposit on rental portion at time of reservation. Remaining 50%
due 30 days prior to rental.

Rental dates are
confirmed only with a signed agreement and receipt of deposit.
The villa rents June - October. Please tell us about your plans
so we can check our availability calendar.
Napa Villa
is 7,500 square feet and features
a total of 7 Bedrooms 7 ½ Baths, accommodations for you and your group
up to fourteen (14) people. The pricing is
for the villa rental, so the rental price remains the same from 1 person up
to 14 people. The larger your group, the less the cost per person.

Napa Villa is located in central Napa county
California in Oakville, North of
Yountville off of Highway 29. The property is south of Opus One vineyard. Address is provided upon booking and rental confirmation.

Smoking is not allowed in the house. Smokers may
smoke outside.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Does Napa Villa have a fireplace ?
Yes. All the fireplaces are grand, made of cast
stone. The most dramatic fireplace is in the great room -Living room features a
12 foot high fireplace. Other fireplaces are located in the family room and
Master Bedroom suite.
Does
Napa Villa have a pool ?
No. There are no current plans to add a spa or
pool to the property.
The Master Bedroom has a large Whirlpool for two.
Consider a day trip to Calistoga Hot Springs Spa. Facilities include
separate men's and women's bath houses, four outdoor mineral water pools,
exercise and aerobics rooms. Offered are volcanic ash mud baths, mineral and
steam baths, blanket wraps and massage.
