Front of Property The approach to Napa Villa is from highway 29 on a private road. The Italian Cypress lined road leads through our on-site vineyard planted with Cabernet Sauvignon.  A tranquil fountain, scarlet rose garden, manicured hedges, colorful flowers and olive trees welcome visitors to the entrance courtyard.

Rear Property Large, private entertaining area includes a large lawn which is perfect for receptions, tenting for parties, bocce, volleyball or croquet. Expansive entertainment area extending the entire length of the Villa. Entertainment terrace includes a Commercial style gas grill located on  adjacent to kitchen.

All rooms at the rear of the Villa open to the terrace through double French doors. Panoramic vineyard views extend to the verdant hills beyond the Villa property.

Rose garden with fountain, colorful floral plantings surround terrace. Additional Parking area on side of property.
